Q: How long will it take to process my request?
A: Please allow up to 1 Week

Q: Will you share my information with another company?
A: No, all requests are strictly confidential and may be used only through our organization for verification purposes. After the process is closed and a decision has been made we will delete the submitted information from our files.

Q: What are you requirements for accessing the net tariff?
A: We require a proven track record for the destinations offered, a certain amount of generated revenue for our products, a public office location, membership in at least one sales organization and some product/destination knowledge.

Q: What are the advantages to book through an incoming operator?
A: First: we know our products/suppliers/destinations for years and not just from one travel fair and we are therefore able to provide important key facts and background information about each package. Second: we provide all components for a tour, saving you a lot of time and money to find products and providing your clients exactly with the program they expect from the assistance of a professional travel advisor. Third: we provide net fares - enabling you to mark up your packages independently and beat the rates of your competitors. Fourth: you’ll be able to increase your revenue and attract additional/new clients through a new destination Fifth: design your tour packages flexible and according to market demands and not according to what a tour wholesaler want to sell. Canada & Alaska are individual destinations and therefore are requiring an individual assistance.

Q: Could a local tour wholesaler in my region offer better rates?
A:
Most of the larger tour wholesalers have either a very limited Canada/Alaska tour program or they are offering just the basic tour packages “on the beaten track”. Others are providing only hotel reservation features, cruises or limited soft adventure tours. These companies are dealing usually with high overhead expenses, brochure printing costs, marketing fees, commissions etc. Accordingly their mark up after a product contracting must be high enough to cover these expenses. We prefer a lean management, online-based tariffs and direct selling capabilities which reduces cost significantly. Please compare our rates and services!

Q: Could I use your program to build my own destination web page?
A:
If you are in a strong destination sales position with multiple agencies or if you are within an excellent feeder market area, we may be able to tailor and customize a destination web site from “Head-to-Toe” just for your businesses. And that’s not all: we also provide territorial protection for your sales efforts and referring clients from your area directly to your organization.
